Ochaco is a bubbly and upbeat girl. She is often a bit airheaded, but she is empathetic and kind-hearted. She has strong person-reading capabilities and an unwavering determination to achieve her goals. On top of that, she isn’t afraid to belie her cheery personality with a fierce competitive side when the situation demands it.
She comes from a poor background as showcased in her frugality. She is driven by a strong desire to provide her parents with a comfortable life through her pursuit of heroism. She has an atypical preference for rescue missions and is always eager to expand her combat skills.
Izuku
Izuku is a timid and reserved young boy. He has a strong sense of justice and an overflowing passion for heroism. He has been tormented by his lack of a Quirk and insistence on becoming a hero. Once he inherited the Quirk ‘One for All’ from his idol, All Might, he began changing. Izuku evolved into an adaptive strategic thinker with growing confidence and leadership.

Shoto
Shoto used to be reserved and arrogant. Over time, he becomes more sociable and understanding after deeply traumatizing events in his life. He is calm and brutal in combat. Furthermore, he is always fighting ethically. His fighting style symbolizes his loathing for his abusive father with exclusive use of his inherited freezing power.

Katsuki
Katsuki initially exhibited traits of arrogance and aggression. But, he evolves into a less antagonistic individual. This stems from his early habits of bullying, especially directed towards Izuku Midoriya. He regarded Izuku as weak due to Quirklessness. As Katsuki’s experiences within the U.A. challenge him and provide personal defeats, he learns the value of his classmates and even comes to respect them.
He’s fiercely competitive and strives for victory at all costs. While he is sometimes distant and prone to insulting others, Katsuki shows a begrudging willingness to cooperate with teammates. That said, his pride does hinder him from openly admitting mistakes. Instead, he prefers self-reflection in solitude.
All Might
All Might embodies stereotypes of comic book superheroes. He remains optimistic and cheery in his hero persona. Meanwhile, his true form remains reserved trading his heroic bravado for a solemn personality. He was driven by the goal of becoming a symbol of hope. Excessive self-sacrifice, including pushing his limits on the battlefield and offering little time for his personal life, eventually impacted both his personal relationships and professional duty as a U.A. teacher.
His relationship with Izuku illuminates this dichotomy. He recognized Izuku’s heroic spirit but also projected unrealistic expectations onto him. Nevertheless, All Might’s desire to inspire and protect never wavered. Ultimately, All Might is more than just a superhero. He symbolizes determination, humility, and selflessness with its drawbacks.
